2. Get outside in the morning and get some sunlight for 10 minutes

body work properly for the rest of the day. The doctor says that morning sunlight helps your body know what time it is makes you feel happier and helps your gut work properly.


3. Take a walk after you eat


Walking after you eat helps your body digest your food keeps your blood sugar levels stable and prevents you from feeling tired after you eat.


4. Eat foods that are fermented least three times a week
